Shipping Methods & Timeframes

1 Standard Shipping – $12.95

Your order will be delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipping. This method includes full tracking and insurance.

2 Free Shipping

For orders over $50, enjoy complimentary shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipping. Tracking information is provided.

International Note: We ship globally, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote regions. Customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

While we strive for perfection, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. Our policy ensures this process is as flawless as your initial shopping experience.

Important: You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange request.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In the original packaging with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Products

Ship your return to our headquarters using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your package as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Exchanges
