Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Products

For health and safety reasons, the following product categories cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Beard Oils & Beard Washes (opened personal care items)
  • BB and CC Creams (opened cosmetics)
  • Body Scrubs & Exfoliators (opened personal care items)
  • Cleansers (opened skincare products)
  • Brow Colors & Brow Pencils (opened cosmetics)
  • Concealers & Color Correctors (opened makeup products)
  • Any products that have been opened, used, or tested

3 Package Your Items

Securely package the items you’re returning in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

4 Ship Your Return

Ship your return to our headquarters using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your package as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Information
